The Carriage House offers a unique atmosphere for any
business event. We host up to 75 people
on weekdays. Weekend events are
available for up to 120 with parking available in the County Building Lot
around the corner on Academy Street.
Our set up
includes tables, chairs, linens, chain, glassware, and flatware as
applicable. A complimentary coffee bar,
water, and soft drinks are provided.
Additional support items are available at a nominal fee.
The
facility has a room available for buffet services. We offer 2 options:

We will work to provide you with a special house prepared menu- $20 fee
includes tax and gratuity
- $15 or 2-day event includes tax and
gratuity
- Outside Caterer of your choice
- Carriage House Rental is $20/pp
Estate Combination
Some
business events call for an expanded venue.
We invite our to enjoy the experience the full Pumpelly House Estate for
such occasions. The staff will work with
our to develop a flexible plan to meet your needs. Knowing that you are the only group at the
Estate encourages a group comradarie and relaxation. The venue says we are special:
Begin in
the quiet formality of the Executive Club for registration and perhaps morning
coffee. It is also a perfect setting for
breakout sessions or relaxation and networking throughout the event.
The
Carriage House provides room for general session, larger group breakouts, and
lunch.
In warmer
weather enjoy the porches and grounds.
Luncheons and Dinners
We suggest
gathering for hors d'ourves and beverages in the Executive Club before moving
into the Carriage House for the meal followed by business and/or
entertainment. The flow of this venue
encourages intermingling, relaxation and presents an ambience available nowhere
else in the Southern Tier. Catering is
available by the Pumpelly House Estate Staff or Outside Caterers.
For all
events the Pumpelly House Estate will provide and setup all tables, chairs,
linens, china, flatware and glasses applicable to the event. Complimentary coffee bar, bottled water, and
soft drink are provides. The Pumpelly
House Estate does not have a liquor license.
You may provide your own alcoholic drinks. If you are serving mixed drinks you must
provide your own certified bartender.
